By accessing or using KS Claimer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KS Claimer is a tool that automates the process of redeeming gift codes for the mobile game Kingshot. The Service interacts with the official Kingshot gift code redemption website on behalf of users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may only use the Service for player IDs that you own or have explicit permission to manage.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
  • You may not resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that every gift code will be successfully claimed. Success depends on code validity, player eligibility, and game server conditions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KS Claimer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Third-Party Disclaimer

KS Claimer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Century Games, Kingshot, or any of their subsidiaries. Use of the Service is at your own risk regarding any game Terms of Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
